IIT Bombay Recruitment 2023: IIT Bombay is seeking qualified and experienced candidates for two temporary project-based positions – Project Research Scientist and Project Manager. The Project Research Scientist will work on the fabrication, design, and testing of inflatable wings for small portable UAVs. As per IIT Bombay Recruitment 2023 official notification, the ideal candidate should possess a PhD in aerodynamics and/or aerospace structures, and have experience with computational analysis tools for studying flow around flexible structures. The position requires effective communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work in a team. The selected candidate will receive a salary range of Rs. 42,000 to Rs. 84,000 per month, depending on experience and performance, and the position is temporary for a period of one year.

As per IIT Bombay Recruitment 2023 official notification, the second position available is for a Project Manager for the New Political Economy Initiative, a project of IIT Bombay’s Centre for Liberal Education. The project aims to rethink the study of the economy by catalysing research collectives focused on jobs, inequality, public goods, and the environment. The ideal candidate should possess a PhD or equivalent degree with at least four years of relevant experience or a BTech/BE/MA/MSc/MCA/MBA or equivalent degree with six years of relevant experience. The selected candidate will coordinate and manage all components of the project, including travel and accommodation arrangements for project participants. The position is also temporary for a period of one year, and the selected candidate will receive a salary range of Rs. 42,000 to Rs. 84,000 per month, depending on experience and performance.
