IIT Delhi Recruitment 2023 for 66 Vacancies: Check Posts, Qualification and Other Details
IIT Delhi Recruitment 2023: Indian Institute of Technology (IIT)is looking for qualified candidates for the posts of Technical Assistant, Junior Technical Officer, Technical Officer, Junior Superintendent (Hospitality) and Medical Officer (Psychiatry). As mentioned in the official notification of IIT Delhi recruitment 2023, there are a total of 66 vacancies for the given posts. According to the official notification of IIT Delhi recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will be given a monthly salary in level 5/6/10 of the pay matrix. The maximum age limit for Technical Assistant is 30 years, for Junior Technical Officer and Junior Superintendent is 35 years and for Technical Officer and Medical Officer is 45 years.
In accordance with the official notification of IIT Delhi recruitment 2023, eligible candidates can apply online through the link given in the official notification. Persons serving in Govt./Semi-Govt./PSUs/Autonomous Organization, should forward the printout of completed application along with all the requisite documents (self-attested) through proper channel within 10 days of the last date of submission of Application Form, failing which such persons shall be required to produce NOC at the time of selection process, provided they must have sent an Advance Copy to the Recruitment Cell, Room No. 207/C-7, Adjoining to Dy. Director (Ops)’s Office, IIT Delhi, Hauz-Khas, New Delhi – 110016. The last date for submission of Online Applications is hereby extended up to 12.05.2023 till 05:00 PM.

According to the official notification of IIT Delhi recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will be given a monthly salary as given below-
For Technical Assistant- The selected candidates will be given a monthly salary in level 5 of the pay matrix.
For Junior Technical Officer and Junior Superintendent- The selected candidates will be given a monthly salary in level 6 of the pay matrix.
For Technical Officer and Medical Officer- The selected candidates will be given a monthly salary in level 10 of the pay matrix.

For Technical Assistant- The maximum age limit is 30 years.
For Junior Technical Officer and Junior Superintendent- The maximum age limit is 35 years.

Electrical/ Electronics/ Communication/ Instrumentation/ Computer Science with a minimum of 55% marks in the qualifying degree from a recognized University/ Institute.

Bachelor’s Degree in Science (Physics/ Chemistry)/ Computer Science/ Computer Applications or Diploma
in Engineering/ Applied Science or equivalent in Civil/ Mechanical/ Textiles/ Biotechnology/ Chemical/
Biochemical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Communication/ Instrumentation/ Computer Science/ Applied Physics/
Applied Chemistry with a minimum of 55% marks in the qualifying degree from a recognized University/
Institute
For Junior Technical Officer-
Master’s Degree in Science (Physics/ Chemistry)/ Computer Science/ Computer Applications or B.E/ B.Tech.
or equivalent qualification (AMIE) in Civil/ Mechanical/ Textiles/ Biotechnology/ Chemical/ Biochemical/
Electrical/ Electronics/ Communication/ Instrumentation/ Computer Science with a minimum of 55% marks in the qualifying degree from a recognized University/ Institute with 01 year regular/permanent relevant experience.
OR
Bachelor’s Degree in Science (Physics/ Chemistry)/ Computer Science/ Computer Applications or Diploma
in Engineering/ Applied Science or equivalent in Civil/ Mechanical/ Textiles/ Biotechnology/ Chemical/
Biochemical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Communication/ Instrumentation/ Computer Science/ Applied Physics/
Applied Chemistry with a minimum of 55% marks in the qualifying degree from a recognized University/
Institute with 03 years regular/permanent relevant experience.
For Junior Superintendent-
M.Tech. Degree in Engineering (MS(Research)/M.E.) or equivalent qualification in any specialization in Civil/
Mechanical/ Textiles/ Biotechnology/ Chemical/ Biochemical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Communication/
Instrumentation/ Computer Science with a minimum of 55% marks in the qualifying degree from a recognized
University/ Institute with 02 years regular/permanent relevant experience.
OR
Master’s Degree in Science (Physics/ Chemistry)/ Computer Science/ Computer Applications or Bachelor’s
Degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) or equivalent qualification (AMIE) in Civil/ Mechanical/ Textiles/
Biotechnology/ Chemical/ Biochemical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Communication/ Instrumentation/ Computer
Science with a minimum of 55% marks in the qualifying degree from a recognized University/ Institute with 04
years regular/permanent relevant experience.
OR
Bachelor’s Degree in Science (Physics/ Chemistry)/ Computer Science/ Computer Applications or equivalent
qualifications in appropriate field with a minimum of 55% marks in the qualifying degree from a recognized
University/ Institute with regular/permanent 05 years relevant experience.
For Technical Officer-
Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent with at least 55% marks in the qualifying degree from
a recognized University/Institute with 5 years regular/permanent relevant experience.
For Medical Officer-
A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the
Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956).
Holders of Educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfil the conditions
specified in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956) and including
completion of compulsory rotatory internship followed by at least 03 years of experience in a recognized
hospital.
