Income Tax Department released Updated E-Filing Utilities and New Schema for Forms 10B, 29B and 29C The Income Tax Department has made significant updates to the e-Filing utilities and schema files for several statutory forms. These revisions apply to the Assessment Year (A.Y.) 2023-24 and will have an impact on audit and tax reporting for trusts, institutions, businesses, and non-corporate entities.

Form 10B (A.Y. 2023-24 Onwards)

Audit Report under clause (b) of the tenth proviso to section 10(23C) and section 12A(1)(b)(ii) of Income tax act,1961, in the case of a fund or trust or institution or any university or other educational institution or any hospital or other medical institution. Note: The utility is updated to increase address characters to 4000 in clause 14(ii) and add 250 rows in clause14(ii), 31(ii) and 38.
