Income Tax Dept released Offline Utility for Tax Audit Report Form 3CA-3CD and 3CB-3CD The Income Tax Department has released the latest Offline Utility for Tax Audit Report Form 3CA-3CD and 3CB-3CD which contains the latest updates with respect to the MSME Payment modification, Section 43B(h) of the Income Tax Act, in Point No. 66 of the Forms. Form 3CA-3CD is an audit report under Section 44AB of the Income Tax Act, 1961, in which a person's business or profession accounts have been audited under any other law, as well as a Statement of Particulars needed under Section 44AB of the Income Tax Act, 1961. Form 3CB-3CD is an audit report under Section 44AB of the Income-tax Act, in the case of a person referred to in clause (b) of sub-rule (1) of rule 6G, and a Statement of Particulars required by Section 44AB of the Income-tax Act.
