Indian Bank Recruitment 2023: The Indian Bank Trust for Rural Development (IBTRD), Indian Bank has invited Applications from Retired Employees from the Financial Institutions (FIs), RBI (Reserve Bank of India), NABARD (National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development), SIDBI (Small Industries Development Bank of India) and Other Commercial Banks Eligible for Engagement as Financial Literacy Counsellor (FLC) on a Contractual Basis through this Indian Bank Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement.
Based on the Indian Bank Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Notification, there is 01 Vacancy to be filled up on a 02-05 Years’ Contractual Basis for Engagement at the Financial Literacy Counsellor Centre (FLCC), Lakhimpur Kheri, Uttar Pradesh. Hence, the Intending and Eligible Ex-Personnel may apply in the Prescribed Specimen Proforma up to 18.05.2023 , the Last Date.

According to the Indian Bank Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, Any Suitable Person post-selection shall be entitled to a Consolidated Monthly Remuneration explained hereunder:
Monthly Remuneration: Rs. 15000 Plus Other Allowances ranging between Rs.2000-4000 on the basis of Camping Period completed.

Eligibility Or Qualification: Retired from the Financial Institutions (FIs), RBI (Reserve Bank of India), NABARD (National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development), SIDBI (Small Industries Development Bank of India) and Other Commercial Banks
Desirable:
i) Should have served for 05 Years as an Officer in any Bank/Financial Institution.
ii) Should have Knowledge of Rural Banking/Latest Central Government/State Government Schemes
Communication Skills: Fluency in Local Dialect and English
Other Requirements: Valid Driving License is Essential since the Service nature involves Travelling/Field Visits.
The Indian Bank Trust for Rural Development headed by the Chairman shall call in the Shortlisted Candidates for participating in a Personal Interview. Based on the Zonal Office recommended Applications, Executive President with 02 Trustees of the Indian Bank Trust for Rural Development remain Empowered for any Candidate’s Selection and Engagement as Financial Literacy Counsellor on a Contractual Basis, who would place Final Recommendations before the IBRTD Chairman for Selection.
Preference in Selection for Financial Literacy Counsellor will be given to the Middle Management Grade Banker. Any Appropriately Suitable Candidates Post-Selection shall be engaged initially for 02 Years. However, the Contractual Engagement is likely to be extended for another 03 Years, up to 05 Years.
