BEL Recruitment 2023: BEL Optronic Devices Limited (BELOP), Ministry of Defence (Government of India) has invited Applications in the Prescribed Specimen Application Proforma from the Persons with Eligibility for 05 Posts; viz., 01) Process Engineer; 02) Process Engineer (Metal Working); 03) Programmer Setup Operator; 04) Laboratory Engineer and 05) Quality Assurance Engineer on Fixed-Term Basis vide this BEL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification. According to the BEL Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, there are 06 Vacancies to be filled up with the notified 05 Posts therein on the Fixed Term Basis for 04 Years’ Duration for Posting in Pune.
Based on the BEL Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Advertisement, the Candidates Eligible for BELOP notified Posts may apply in the Prescribed Specimen Application Format. The Last Date for the Applicants’ duly completed Applications shall close on 05.06.2023.
Note: In the case of Personnel working in Public Sector Undertakings/Government Organizations shall compulsorily have to submit a “No Objection Certificate” either at the time of Application or Interview.
Based on the BEL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, 06 Vacancies are to be filled up with Appointments on the following Posts:

Appointment Term: 04-Years’ Fixed-Term Basis
According to the BEL Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, the Annual CTC Sum Entitlement for the Personnel shall remain as hereunder:
Annual CTC Sum: RS. 9.48 Lac
Pay & Allowances Admissible:
Pay Scale Rs. 30000-3%-120000, in addition to Basic Pay, other Allowances; i.e., Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), 35% of the Basic Pay as Perquisites, Performance Related Pay (PRP), Mediclaim Insurance, and Provident Fund as per the BELOP’s Rules will be part of the Remuneration Package.
According to the BEL Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, the Age Limits for the Un-Reserved Category Candidate, as on 01.05.2023, should be as narrated hereunder:
Age Limit: General Category Candidate should not be exceeding 30 Years.
Relaxations in the Upper Age for Reserved Community Candidates as per the Government of India Rules.
According to the BEL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Eligibility combined with Educational Qualification with Essential Experience should be as follows:
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering/Technology) in Mechanical/Material Science with Minimum 02-03 Years.
Selection for all 05 Posts 05 Posts; viz., 01) Process Engineer; 02) Process Engineer (Metal Working); 03) Programmer Setup Operator; 04) Laboratory Engineer and 05) Quality Assurance Engineer on Fixed-Term Basis, in accordance with the BEL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, will be carried out through a Written Test followed by Interview for the Persons Shortlisted.
