Candidates applying for this job role should have served for five years as officers in a bank/financial institution. Candidate should have knowledge in rural banking/latest government schemes. Middle Management Grade Bankers will be given special preference.

Eligible candidates will be called for a personal interview to assess their personal communication ability, leadership quality, attitude, problem-solving ability and ability to get along with trainees, development approach etc. Demonstration/Presentation to assess teaching skills and communication capability may also be required.
