As may be read the Indian Coast Guard Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, the Candidates, after Selection for the Posts will be entitled to the Following Monthly Pay Levels with the Salary:
A) 1st and 2nd Posts: Pay Level 02 (Rs.19900-63200)
B) 2nd to 6th Posts: Pay Level 01 (Rs.18000-56900)

Age Limit for General Category: Minimum 18 Years and Maximum 27 Years.

1st Post:
Educational Qualification with Experience: 10th Pass from any Duly Recognized Board with a Valid Driving License for Both Heavy and Light Motor Vehicles WITH 02-Years’ Experience of Driving.
2nd Post:
Educational and Technical Qualifications with Experience: 10th Pass from any Duly Recognized Board with Apprenticeship in the Trade (Or) Training in Relevant ITI Trade With 01 Year’s Trade Experience (Or) 04-Years’ Experience in the Trade with No Training Available in ITI (Or) Other Recognized Institutions.
Desirable: The Candidates should qualify a Trade Entrance Examination.
3rd Post:
Educational Qualification with Experience: Matriculation/10th Pass from any Duly Recognized Board WITH 02-Years’ Experience in Mechanical Workshop.
4th Post:
Educational Qualification with Experience: Matriculation/10th Pass from any Duly Recognized Board WITH 02-Years’ Experience in the Concerned Trade.
5th Posts:
Educational Qualification with Experience: Matriculation/10th Pass from any Duly Recognized Board WITH 02-Years’ Experience as Chowkidar in any Recognized Institution/Organization.
6th Post:
Educational Qualification with Experience: Matriculation/10th Pass from any Duly Recognized Board Or ITI from any Duly Recognized WITH 03-Years’ Experience in the Trade.
The Selection Process, in accordance with the under Indian Coast Guard Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement for all 06 Posts involves A Written Examination. The Candidates having scored the Minimum Qualifying Marks 50% for Un-Reserved Category Candidates and 45% Marks for Reserved Community Candidates will be Shortlisted for the Practical Trade Test/Skill Test, wherever Applicable.
