Indian Ports Association Recruitment 2023: The Indian Ports Association (IPA), has called in Applications from Eligible Officers with Willingness for Appointment on Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) Post On Deputation. As has been notified in the Indian Ports Association Recruitment 2023 Advertisement/Vacancy Circular there is 01 Vacancy to be replenished on Deputation Basis under the IDA Pattern Rs.80000-390-220000. Applications with regard to Eligible Officials with Willingness should be routed through “Proper Channel”.
The Eligible Candidates Willingness from Major Ports, Central Government, State Government and Public Sector Undertakings may apply in the Prescribed Application Proforma up to 27th March 2023 (27.03.2023) following the Instructions in the Indian Ports Association Recruitment 2023 Notification issued.
As per this Indian Ports Association Recruitment 2023 Notification, Notified 01 Vacancy shall be filled up on Deputation Basis for 03 Years.

Recruitment Methodology: By Deputation
According to the Indian Ports Association Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Post Chief Administrative Officer By Deputation (ISTC) shall be entitled to the Salary explained hereunder:
Pay Scale: Rs. 80000-390-220000 (IDA)
As has been notified in the Indian Ports Association Recruitment 2023, the Maximum Age (as on the Closing Date of receipt of Applications) should be as follows:
Age Limit: Lesser than 55 Years as on 27.03.2023 (The Maximum Age Limit for Appointment by Deputation (Including Short-Term Contract)
Eligibility for Indian Ports Association Recruitment 2023:
The Candidates being Applicants should have gained the Eligibility Criteria for Port Officer
i) Officers of the Major Ports holding the Pay scale of Rs. 60000- 3%-180,000 or above
Eligibility Criteria for the Central Government/State Government Officers:
i) Officer holding equivalent Post under Pay Scale Level -11 with 02 Years’ Regular Service; or
ii) Officer holding Equivalent Post under Pay Scale Level -10 with 06 Years’ Regular Service.
iii) Must have 05 Years’ Experience in procurement and General Administration.
The Official shall be Shortlisted for Viva voce/Personal Interaction. Only Officer Candidates shortlisted for Interview would be summoned to participate in the Viva voce Process. The Officer selected on Chief Administrative Officer Post will be issued an Appointment for 03 Years’ Service with Further Extension explained in the Indian Ports Association Recruitment 2023 Notification issued for the purpose. The Selected officer will be entitled to Deputation Allowance as per Deputation Rules.
According to the Indian Ports Association Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Applicants should apply in the Prescribed Application Proforma till March 27, 2023.
The Application of Officers, fulfilling the above-mentioned Eligibility Criteria, shall have to be forwarded through Proper Channel along with Annual Performance Appraisal Reports (APARs) of Last 05-Years (only Attested Photocopies) in the enclosed format together with i) Vigilance Clearance and ii) Integrity Certificate to the following:
