HRIDC Recruitment 2023: The Railway Board, Ministry of Railway, Government of India, has called in Applications from the Concerned Controlling Authority in All Zonal Railways, New Zones, Production Units, etc., with respect to Experienced Senior Officers for Appointment on Deputation Post General Manager (Infrastructure/S&T) and General Manager (Infrastructure/Civil)in the Indian Railway Service of Signal Engineers (IRSSE) Service in Haryana Rail Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (HRIDCL) as per the HRIDC Recruitment 2023 Notification.
According to HRIDC Recruitment 2023 Notification, there are 04 (01 and 03) Vacancies to be filled up with Appointment of Eligible Volunteers on General Manager (Infrastructure/S&T) General Manager and (Infrastructure/Civil) for Posting in Chandigarh/Gurugram. As per the HRIDC Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Eligible Candidates with Willingness may apply On or Before the Last Date 21st March 2023 (21.03.2023).
Duly completed Applications in the form of Advance Scanned Copy in respect of the Willing Officers should be submitted through Proper Channel to be transmitted through Email.

In accordance with the HRIDC Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Candidates, post-Selection, shall be entitled to the Pay Scale explained hereunder:
Parent Pay Plus Other Perks and Allowances in compliance with the HRDIC Policy.
The Eligible Candidate as on the Closing Date 21.03.2023 of the HRIDC Recruitment 2023 Advertisement/ Vacancy Notice should be aged as follows:
Maximum Age Limit: should not exceed 56 Years
Grade: Non-Functional Higher Administrative Grade (NFHAG)/Senior Administrative Grade (SAG)/Non-Functional Senior Administrative Grade (NFSAG)
Eligibility for General Manager (Infra/S&T):
Minimum Eligibility: The Eligible Officer should be working in Non-Functional Higher Administrative Grade (NFHAG)/Senior Administrative Grade (SAG)/Non-Functional Senior Administrative Grade (NFSAG) in Pay Scale Level 15 Or 14 with
Experience: Minimum 17 Years of Group ‘A’ Service
II) The Officer having Minimum 05-Years’ Experience in the field of S&T in Construction of the New Railway Line/Gauge Conversion/Doubling/Metro Rail Projects.
Eligibility for General Manager (Infra/Civil):
Minimum Eligibility: The Eligible Officer should be working in Non-Functional Higher Administrative Grade (NFHAG)/Senior Administrative Grade (SAG)/Non-Functional Senior Administrative Grade (NFSAG) in Pay Scale Level 15 Or 14 with
Experience: Minimum 17 Years of Group ‘A’ Service
II) The Officer having Minimum 05-Years’ Experience in the field of Construction of the New Railway Line/ Gauge Conversion/Doubling/Metro Rail Projects.
Only Eligible Shortlisted Candidates would be summoned for participating in the Personal Interaction/ Interview and Record Verification. Only Candidate who is selected on the HRIDC General Manager (Infra/S&T) and General Manager (Infra/Civil) would be appointed on Deputation in the Pay Scale of Parent Pay Plus Deputation Allowance. Post-Selection, the Candidate shall be issued Deputation Based Appointment for 03 Years.
Note*: Preference in Selection on General Manager (Infra/Civil) Post shall be given to the Officer with Experience of new Rail Line Project including Land acquisition.
According to the HRIDC Recruitment 2023 Notification, the duly completed Applications annexed with the Cadre Controlling Authority issued No-Objection, Vigilance Clearance, Discipline and Appeal Rules (D&ARs), etc.
Mandatory Documents for HRIDC Recruitment 2023:
The Willing Officer should forward individual Application accompanying the Forwarding/Certification issued by the Employer in the shape of the Candidate’s together with the following Testimonials/Documents explained in the HRIDC Recruitment 2023 Notification:
i) Vigilance/DAR Clearance;
ii) Integrity Certification;
iii) Last 05 Years’ Annual Performance Appraisal Report (APAR) Dossier duly attested by any Competent Officer;
iv) Certification that No Major/Minor Penalty has been imposed on him/her during last 10-Years.
v) Cadre Controlling Authority issued No-Objection.
