Post Name and Vacancies for IOL Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of IOL Recruitment 2023, applicants are invited for the post of Consultant on a fixed-term contract basis. There are 02 vacant seats available for the aforementioned position.

Qualification for IOL Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of IOL Recruitment 2023, the required qualifications are listed below:
For Consultant ( R and D) Grade-I

• The candidates should have First Class Graduate in Electrical or Electronics with a First Class M.Tech. OR Master’s Degree in Engineering in any one of the following fields: – Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Controls, Control and Guidance, Power Electronics, Electronics and Instrumentation, Operations Control.

For Consultant (Human Resource) Grade-I

• The candidate should have a degree in any discipline with a PG Diploma in Personnel Management / HRD / HRM or 2 2-year MBA including an MBA awarded by IGNOU.

Experience for IOL Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the official notification of IOL Recruitment 2023, the candidate’s required experience is given below:
For Consultant ( R and D) Grade-I

• The candidate should have carried out development and design work for a period not less than 30 years in the fields of ” Lasers, Thermal Imaging (multi-spectrum i.e. NIR to LWIR ), Stabilisation of Line of Sight (i.e… Using MEMs/Servo), Fire Control Systems” for equipment used on land system and naval system.
• The candidate must have worked at the rank of Project Director (at Scientist G level or equivalent i.e. Pay Matrix – 14 of 7th CPC) in the Central Government Department.
• The candidate must furnish evidence of having worked in the above fields in the form of papers published and presented in the International and National Conference / Seminar (at least one paper in each of the above areas).

For Consultant (Human Resource) Grade-I

• The candidates have relevant experience (as per the job description) of a minimum 18 years (if retired as E – 7) / 20 years (if retired as E – 8) as an executive and retired as an executive at the level of E -7 (pay scale Rs.100000- Rs.260000) / E – 8 (pay scale Rs.120000-Rs.280000) in CPSEs.

Age Limitation for IOL Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of IOL Recruitment 2023, the candidate’s age limit for the mentioned positions should be upto 62 years as on 31-08-2023.

Tenure for IOL Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of IOL Recruitment 2023, the appointment is made on a contract basis for an initial period of 01 year, extendable on the basis of the requirement of the company. However, the maximum tenure shall be limited up to 65 years of age of the candidate.

Salary for IOL Recruitment 2023:

As stated in the official notification of IOL Recruitment 2023, the selected candidate will get the contractual emolument mentioned below:

For Consultant ( R and D) Grade-I

• Candidate should have a fixed monthly amount shall be admissible, arrived at by deducting the basic pension from the pay drawn at the time of retirement from the Central Government Department. The amount of remuneration so fixed shall remain unchanged for the term of the contract.

For Consultant (Human Resource) Grade-I

• The selected candidate will get a monthly salary between Rs.80000 to Rs.90000.
