• IRSEE Officer working in NFHAG/SAG/NFSAG/SG scale with experience in construction/ maintenance of sub-station, electrical general service and Railway Electrification.
• The job requirement will include the preparation of bids and tenders and the execution of projects at
  various project sites, dealing with various Contractors, Suppliers, local authorities and officials of Clients/ Consultants.
• Relevant extensive experience and requisite knowledge in the same field.
• The number of years of experience and the nature of the experience of the officer in the specific area as
  per the requirement will be taken into consideration.
• Officers should have good communication skills.
• Overall, an officer with a good mix of all of the above shall be preferred for selection.

Salary for IRCON Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of IRCON Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will get a monthly salary as mentioned below-

• The selected candidates for the NFHAG Officer-CGM level will get a monthly salary on Pay Matrix Level 15(Rs.182200-224100).
• The selected candidates for the SAG/NFSAG Officer-CGM level will get a monthly salary on Pay Matrix Level 13(Rs.144200-218200).
• The selected candidates for the  SG Officer- GM level will get a monthly salary on Pay Matrix Level 13(Rs.123100-215900).

Tenure for IRCON Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of IRCON Recruitment 2023, the engagement is made on a deputation basis and candidates will be engaged for a period of 03 years but may be extended up to 05 years. The place of posting will be Siliguri(West Bengal).
