ITDC Recruitment 2023: India Tourism Development Corporation Ltd. (ITDCL), Ministry of Tourism has called in Online Applications from the Professionals with Eligibility for Appointment on the General Manager Post (Ashok Travel and Tours) with the Post Code GM(ATT)/03/23 vide ITDC Recruitment 2023 Official Notification issued on 05.04.2023 for the purpose. As per the ITDC Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, there is 01 Vacancy with the IDA Pay Scale E-5 Rs.80000-220000 to be filled up on Direct Recruitment Basis.
The ITDC Recruitment 2023 Official Notification mandates Willing Professionals with Eligibility to apply Online. As has been narrated in the ITDC Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Monthly Salary accruing to the General Manager (Ashok Travel & Tours)
Pay Scale: Level E-5 (Rs..80000-200000)
Age Limit: The Maximum Age stipulated for Un-Reserved Category Candidate vide the ITDC Recruitment 2023 Official Notification is as follows:
Age Limit: 45 Years
Relaxations in the Upper Age Limits for Reserved Community as well as Ex-Service-Men is as per the Government of India Directives vide the ITDC Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement.
Based on the ITDC Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Eligibility comprising Educational Qualification and Experience for General Manager Designate is as follows:
A) Professional Qualification(s):
I) Full-Time MBA/02 Years’ Post Graduation Diploma in Management with Minimum 60% Marks. (Or)
II) Masters in Tours/Travels/Tourism with Minimum 60% Marks.(Or)
III) Post-Graduation in any Subject with Minimum 60% Marks With 15 Years’ Experience in Handling Tours and Travels.
B) Experience: Minimum 15 Years of Experience out of which 10 Years’ Experience in Tours & Travels for ‘a’ and ‘b’ hereinabove.
I) Executive presently working/have worked in Government/Semi- Government/Public Sector Undertakings, etc., should have 02-Years’ Experience in 01 (One) Scale below; i.e., Rs. 70000-200000 IDA Revised E-4 Level/Rs.78800-209200 CDA Revised. (Or)
II) Executives who are working/have worked in Private Sector or not covered under Point (i) above, should have drawn Minimum Annual CTC of Rs. 14 Lac Per Annum for Minimum 02 Years.
The Selection Criteria for Appointment on the General Manager Post shall be carried through by Direct Recruitment Methodology.
Based on the ITDC Recruitment 2023 Official Notification the Requisite Application to be remitted by the Applicant is as follows:
Application Fee: Rs. 500 (Rupees Five Hundred) only (excluding Applicable Convenience Fee and Taxes).
