Who can apply?

If you have completed B.Com, M.Com, CA or MBA, you are eligible to apply. Both freshers and candidates with 2 or more years of work experience can apply. Candidates who already have some experience, it will be a plus point for them. You should have at least 60% marks in your studies and be able to speak and write well in both English and Malayalam.

What will you be doing in this job?

Credit checking

Candidate will have to review loan applications to make sure the bank gives loans to the right people. You need to follow the rules properly, finishing the given task on time and maintaining a good relationships with the people who help bring in customers.

Handling documents

Candidate will need to collect and check important papers like loan forms, agreements and guarantee letters. These documents should be correct and complete because mistakes can result in legal issues.

Talking to customers

Candidate will need to speak with customers over the phone or in person. The job is to understand what they need, clearing their doubts and suggesting the best loan options for them.

Solving problems and providing solutions

Candidate will have to ask questions to get information about the customer’s situation while handling any doubts they may have and providing them good solutions to help them make the right decision.
