Who Can Apply?

This job is suitable for the candidates who are Chartered Accountants (CA) with 1 to 5 years of work experience. Those who have experience in retail lending, credit analysis or loan processing will be preferred. Even fresh CAs with a strong interest in retail lending can apply.

Job Role and Responsibilities

The selected person will be involved in the following tasks:

• Evaluate the creditworthiness of both salaried and self-employed customers who apply for loans.
• Interact with customers and understand what their needs regarding the loan are and explain them loan related processes.
• Visit customers for personal discussions and also to collect more information if needed.
• Carry out site visit for the verification of customer details and business backgrounds.
• Collect and verify all documents which are needed for loan approval.
• Give suggestions of loan proposals for final approval after careful analysis.
• Plan and work on different ways to bring new customers and increase business.
