Gartner is hiring an experienced Product Analyst at their Gurgaon location. As an TCRM Analyst you will support some of our important products and technology initiatives and priorities. This fast-paced role will support development of Client reports and dashboards to enable our service teams to deliver value and engage clients leading to retention.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Ideal Candidate should be able to:

Utilize an advanced understanding of multiple data structures, sources, and tools to guide business partners in the development of Services analytics, which may include data visualization, business intelligence, or data collection

Analyzing data to identify Services trends or processes and make recommendations to improve Services productivity or increase efficiency in processes with benchmarking using historical trends

Equipping the service teams with right set of reports and dashboards to manage their territory effectively and support Client processes that drive increased Client Engagement and Value Delivery leading to retention and Ensure proper BI standards, policies and procedures are followed

Continually look for ways to improve regular delivery of standard analysis/reporting through automation, streamlining, and migration to self-serve platforms.

Enhance our capability to analyze and “make sense” of large sets of data and translate findings in a visually appealing manner that tell a story and help us make better data driven decisions

Continuously evolving the homepage experience for our associates and enriching it over time with more intuitive and robust dashboards

Eligibility:

0-2 years with bachelor’s degree ; masters is a plus along with experience in Business intelligence building data sets, reports, and dashboards

Industry knowledge of BI landscape and latest emerging tools supporting descriptive to perspective analytics

Strong analytics skills and experience in Tableau, Power BI, or other analytics software

Proficiency with DAX, Power Query(M) or SQL

Agile ability to anticipate need, be responsive and adapt to change

Strong interpersonal and relationship skills, ability to influence decisions and gain consensus

Excellent time and project management skills, ability to prioritize the most important projects to create business impact
