Roles and Responsibilities:

The Ideal Candidate should be able to:

Manage and monitor agreements and costs related to licenses and external services

Maintain project portfolio and project master data

Create project communication and presentations

Develop and maintain business processes and project management templates and tools

Identify and implement business process automation

Develop and maintain SOPs

Create and drive processes to ensure continuous improvements.

Eligibility:

 Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field.

Ability to manage and maintain large datasets and validate data quality

Strong communication skills, in particular written English

Extensive experience with the Office365 suite especially Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint

Process mapping techniques

Knowledge about continues improvement methodologies
