Based on the JPSC Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Eligibility Criteria comprising Educational Qualifications and Experience are explained hereunder:

B.Engg/B.Tech and M.Engg/M.Tech wherein one of B.Engg/B.Tech Or M.Engg/M.Tech Equivalent should be with First Class or Equivalent And  Philosophiae Doctor (Ph.D.) in the Appropriate Field Subject or Equivalent.

Desirable: To guide Philosophiae Doctor Students and Post Doctor Philosohphiae (Ph.D.) Publications is Desirable.

Experience: Minimum 10 Years’ Experience Essential in Teaching/Research/Industry, out of which 05 Years’ Teaching as Associate Professor; Or

Minimum 13 Years’ Experience Essential in Teaching/Research/Industry.

As regards Research Experience, Better/Good Academic Record and Book/Research Paper Publication would be required, if considered necessary by the Expert members of the Intellectual Property Rights/Patents Selection Committee. If Experience in the Industry is considered, it should be of Managerial Level, which is equivalent to Associate Professor and has Active Participation in the form of Designing Events, Performance Analysis, Quality Control, Innovative Training, Technical Books, Research Paper Publication, Intellectual Property Rights, Patent Rights/Rights Papers, etc., as deemed necessary by the Environment Committee Expert Members.
