Monthly Remuneration under RCFL Recruitment 2023:

As has been notified in the RCFL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Monthly Remuneration accruing to the Candidates post-Selection are hereunder:

01) Officer (Finance) E1 Grade: Rs.40000-140000 with Minimum Monthly Gross Salary working out to Rs. 79280 Approximately.

02) Officer (Medical) E1 Grade: Rs.40000-140000 with Minimum Monthly Gross Salary working out to Rs. 79280 Approx.

03) Sr Officer (Finance) E2 Grade: Rs.50000-160000 with Minimum Monthly Gross Salary working out to Rs. 99100 Approximately.

04) Manager (Finance) E4 Grade: Rs.70000-200000 with Minimum Monthly Gross Salary working out to Rs. 138740 Approximately.

Upper Age Limits in RCFL Recruitment 2023:

Based on the RCFL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Post-Eligible Applicant (As on 01.01.2023) should be aged as hereunder:

1st Post: Upper Age Limit in the case of PwBDs (ST): 49 Years.

2nd Post: Upper Age Limit in respect of UR Candidates: 36 Years

3rd Post: Upper Age Limit for for EWS Category 42 Years

4th Post: Upper Age Limit in respect of UR Candidates: 34 Years

Additional Concession of/Relaxation in the Upper Age Limits for Candidates of Children/Family Members of the Victims of 1984 riots: 05 Years.

Eligibility Criteria for RCFL Recruitment 2023:

The Post-specific Eligibility Criteria in accordance with the RCFL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification comprising Educational Qualification, Post-Qualification Experience, etc., are explained in detail therein:

01) Officer (Finance):

Educational Qualification and Experience: CA/CMA OR Full-Time Graduation with Post Graduate in the Post-specific Subjects from Duly Recognized University with Minimum 02 Years’ Experience.

02) Sr. Officer (Finance):

Educational Qualification and Experience: CA/CMA OR Full-Time Graduation with Post Graduate in the Post-specific Subjects from Duly Recognized University with Minimum 04 Years’ Experience.

03) Manager (Finance):

Educational Qualification and Experience: CA/CMA OR Full-Time Graduation with Post Graduate in the Post-specific Subjects from Duly Recognized University with Minimum 12 Years’ Experience.

04) Officer (Medical):

Educational Qualification and Experience: MBBS with completion of Internship and Registration with the Medical Council of India/ Maharashtra Medical Council/Other State Medical Councils.

Preference will be given to Candidates having passed a Certificate Course in the Industrial Health of 03-Months or Associate Fellow of Industrial Health (AFIH) Accredited by the State Government or Directorate General, Factory Advice Service & Labour Institute (DGFASLI)/having passed 02 Years Recognized Diploma in Anesthesiology.

Desirable: Must Have Functional knowledge of Computer.

In-Line Experience: Minimum 02 Years’ Experience.

Selection Criteria under RCFL Recruitment 2023: 

The Selection Criteria for all Posts (Officer/Senior Officer/Manager) entails a Personal Interview as explained in the RCFL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification. The Personal Interview weighs/carries Maximum 100 Marks with Due Weightage for different Criteria.

Personal Interview Criteria: Total 100 Marks

a) Personality & Communication Skills: 15 Marks

b) Subject Knowledge: 50 Marks

c) Experience nature: 20 Marks

d) General Awareness/Knowledge of Computer/Additional Qualiicatiaon: 15 Marks

The Minimum Qualifying Marks/Minimal Average is 50% Marks to be obtained in the RCFL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification.

Hence, Final Selection for the A forestated Posts shall be subject to the Candidate’s Performance and Presentability/Presentation and overall Marks yielding Merit.
