Upper Age Limits for JPSC Recruitment 2023:

The Age Limit in accordance with the JPSC Recruitment 2023 Official Notification as on 01.08.2022 in respect of the General Merit Candidate is as follows:

Un-Reserved Category Candidates should be Minimum 25 Years and not to exceed (Minimum) 45 Years.

Educational Qualification:

The Candidates should have gained the following Qualifications:

Post Graduate Degree or Post Graduate Diploma, Accordingly Medicinae Doctor (MD), Magister Chirurgiae (M.Ch) or Master of Surgery (MS), Diplomate of National Board (DNB) Or Equivalent Higher Degree Accordingly Magister Chirurgiae (M.Ch), Doctor Medicinae (DM) duly accredited by the Medical Council of India (MCI).

Desirable: Registration as Medical Practitioner/Physician.

Selection Criteria under JPSC Recruitment 2023:

Selection for all 13 Non-Education Medical Specialist Posts comprises 04 Stage involving Weightage Marks explained hereunder:

Total 115 Marks enumerated hereunder:

I) MBBS (Medicinae Baccalaureus Baccalaureus Chirurgiae): 60 Marks

ii) Post Graduation to Higher Degree Qualification: 15 Marks

iii) PG Degree-holders Satisfactory Service in Government/Private Hospital on Regular/Contractual Basis: 25 Marks

iv) Interview/Examination: 15 Marks

Sports Achievements in respect of Meritorious Sportsmanship:

01: “Medal” in the International Olympic Committee or Affiliated Federation organized Sports Event;
