• The candidate should have an Associate Professor/Professor with a total experience of fifteen years of teaching/research/administration in Universities, Colleges and other institutions of higher education.
• The candidate should have a minimum score as stipulated in the Academic Performance Indicator (API) based on ICAR regulation/UGC’s regulation on minimum qualifications for appointment of teachers and other academic staff in universities and colleges and measures for the maintenance of standards in higher education-2010.

Desirable-

• The candidate should have good knowledge of the educational system prevalent at the National and International level and familiarity with modern concepts of organisation and coordination of Teaching, Research and Extension Education activities.

For Professor Research Scientist / Extension Educationist and its equivalent (Veterinary Science)-

• The candidate should be an eminent scholar with PhD qualification(s) in the concerned/relevant discipline and published work of high quality, actively engaged in research with evidence of published work with a minimum of 10 publications as books and/or research/policy papers.
• The candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of teaching experience in university/ college, and/or experience in research at the University/ National level institutions/industries, including experience guiding candidates for research at the doctoral level.
• The candidate should have Contribution to educational innovation, the design of new curricula and courses, and technology–mediated teaching-learning process.
• The candidate should have a minimum score as stipulated as stipulated in the Academic Performance Indicator (API) based on ICAR Regulations/ UGC Regulations.
• The candidate should be a member of the State Veterinary Council or the Veterinary Council of India.

For Associate Director of Research (Dairy/ Fisheries)-

• The candidate should be an eminent scholar with PhD qualification(s) in the concerned/relevant discipline and published work of high quality, actively engaged in research with evidence of published work with a minimum of 10 publications as books and/or research/policy papers.
• The candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of teaching experience in university/ college, and/or experience in research at the University/ National level institutions/industries, including experience guiding candidates for research at the doctoral level.

Salary for Kamdhenu University Recruitment 2024:

The selected candidates for Kamdhenu University of Recruitment 2024 will be paid a monthly salary as mentioned below-

• The selected candidates for Associate Director of Research, Professor and Principal will be paid a monthly salary between Rs.37400 and Rs.67000.
• The selected candidates for Assistant Professor, Director of Examination / Associate Professor will be paid a monthly salary between Rs.15600 and Rs.39100.
