As per the Kerala PSC Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, the Age Limits applicable to the Deputy General Manager Post explained are hereunder:
Age Limits: Minimum 21 Years and Maximum 39 Years. (Only Candidates born between 02.01.1984 and 01.01.2002 (Both Dates included) are Eligible to apply for this Post.
According to the Kerala PSC Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, the Eligible Candidates should have in possession the following Eligibility comprising Educational Qualifications and Post-Qualification Service Experience.
i) Literacy in Malayalam/Tamil/Kannada.
ii) Must have in possession Current Motor Driving License with Endorsement for driving Heavy Duty Vehicle and Motor Cycle (HDV & MC) With 03-Years experience in driving Heavy Duty Vehicle (HDV) either Military or Civil. Driving Licence issued after 16.01.1979 must have an Endorsement both for Heavy Goods and Heavy Passenger Vehicles (HV & HPV) and Applications with only One Endorsement will be summarily rejected (vide Amendment No. 47/78 to the Motor Vehicles Act (MVA).
Note: Proficiency in driving Heavy Duty Vehicles (HDVs) will have to be proved through a Practical Test including ‘T’ Test and Road Test (RT) conducted by P.S.C. Those who pass ‘T’ Test will alone be allowed/ permitted for the Road Test.
As has been narrated in the Kerala PSC Recruitment 2023, Selection for Driver Grade-II (HDV) Post in the National Cadet Corps/Sainik Welfare Department shall be conducted through Direct Recruitment.
A Practical Test will be conducted for Selection on the Driver Grade-II (HDV) Post. In case the number of Applications received for this Post is Unduly Large, Kerala Public Service Commission may like to conduct a Written Test either in OMR Answer Sheet-Based Or Online Test.
Amongst the Examinees, those who came out/are declared Succcessful in the Written Test will alone be called for the Practical Driver-cum-Skill Test.
The Selection in pursuance of this Notification will be made on a Statewide Basis.
According to the Kerala PSC Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, Interested Candidates with Requisite Eligibility for the Post, Online Application with Registration is Mandatory following the Instructions narrated therein.

ii) Those Candidates, who have registered, may apply by logging in to their Profiles using their User-Id and Password.
iii) Then Click on the ‘Apply Now’ Button of the respective Post in the Notification Link to apply for a Post. The Candidate’s Photograph uploaded should be the one taken after 31.12.2013.
iv) The Candidates, who have created New Profile from 01.01.2022, should upload the Photograph taken within 06 Months
The Candidates creating new Profiles On or After 01.01.2022 shall need to upload a Photograph taken within 06 Months. The Candidate’s Name and Date of Photograph taken should be printed legibly at the Bottom Portion. The Photograph, meeting all the requirements, once uploaded shall be valid for 10 Years from the Date of Uploading.
iv) The Candidates should take a Printout of the Online Application by Clicking the Link My Application in their Profiles.
