Office of the Charity Commissioner, Maharashtra, Mumbai has issued Circular No. 625/2026 dated 29.09.2026 on Submission of Annual Accounts and Audit Reports of Registered Trusts for the Financial Year 2025-26.
The Charity Commissioner has granted two months extension for the submission of Trust Audit Reports online till November 30, 2026.
All registered trusts in Maharashtra are required to file their annual accounts and audit report on the official website of the Charity Commissioner charity.maharashtra.gov.in.
The circular further directs all district-level Charity Commissioner offices to take note of the extension and ensure compliance by the concerned trusts within the revised deadline.
