The company said that the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) issued an administrative warning letter to Mr V.P. Nandakumar, Chairman and Managing Director, in his personal capacity.Details of the violation
The Securities and Exchange Board of India found that Mr V. P. Nandakumar did not report on time that he had pledged some of his shares in the company. He made those transactions between September 21 and September 24, 2018, but reported them only on October 11, 2018, about 7 days late.
