Maruti Suzuki is hiring an experienced Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager – HVAC Design and Development at their Gurugram location.

The complete details of this job are as follows:-

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Ideal Candidate should be able to:

Layout, Design and Development of HVAC system & related Interior Parts

Spec understanding, Testing and Evaluation of HVAC system parts

Cost & Weight understanding through VA-VE and Benchmarking

Interaction with Vendor / Related Agencies for design and Development Activities

Analysis of Quality Issues from Production and Market.

Eligibility:

Experience in Heat load calculations of HVAC system

Hands on experience of Design /Develop/Test HVAC system and related Interior parts

Able to Analyze/ Initiate countermeasure for Quality issues

Able to work on DMU /3D Modeling/2D Drawing

Able to perform the vehicle level evaluation

Experience in HVAC systems Design & development with Automotive OEMs

Should have experience of working on Unigraphics etc.

Understanding of Applicable Regulation &Testing requirements

Educational Requirements:-B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engg.
