Ministry of Civil Aviation Recruitment 2023: The Office of Deputy Commissioner of Railway Safety (Technical), South-Eastern Circle, Kolkata For and Behalf of the Commission of Railway Safety (CRS), Ministry of Civil Aviation, Government of India has invited Applications from Willing Eligible Officers for Appointment on 01 Upper Division Clerk on Deputation Basis in the Office of the Commission of Railway Safety, South Eastern Circle through this Ministry of Civil Aviation Recruitment 2023 Official Notification Dated 17.03.2023. According to the Ministry of Civil Aviation Recruitment 2023 Official Notification issued there is 01 Post of Upper Division Clerk notified for Un-Reserved Category in Pay Matrix Level 04 (Rs.25550-81100) under General Central Service, Group ‘C’ Non-Gazetted (Ministerial) Classification to be filled up by Deputation for Posting in South Eastern Circle, Kolkata.

Based on the Ministry of Civil Aviation Recruitment 2023 Official, the Maximum Age Limit prescribed for the Upper Division Clerk Post as on the Closing Date is as follows:
The Maximum Age limit for Appointment by Deputation should not be exceeding 56 Years as on the Closing Date of receipt of duly completed Applications.

Based on the Ministry of Civil Aviation Recruitment 2023 the Eligibility comprising the Educational Qualifications with Desirable Experience may be read as follows:
A) 50% by Promotion and 50% by Limited Departmental Examination from amongst the Lower Division Clerks failing which by Deputation.
B) i) 85% by Direct Recruitment, ii) 10% through Departmental Examination, 05% by Promotion. Failing all 03 Options by Absorption
Selection on the Upper Division Clerk Post shall be carried out By Deputation.
Note: Only Applications received through a Proper Channel and with the Approval of the Cadre Controlling Authority shall be considered for the Selection Purpose in the Commission of Railway Safety.
