1st Post: Rs. 1.25 Lac (Consolidated) Per Month

2nd Post: Rs. 1.00 Lac (Consolidated) Per Month

3rd Post: Rs. 80000 (Consolidated) Per Month

4th Post: Rs. 75000 (Consolidated) Per Month

5th and 6th Posts: Rs. 50000 (Consolidated) Per Month

7th Post: Rs. 30000 (Consolidated) Per Month

Essential Qualifications Relevant to the Posts:

Educational and Desirable Qualifications: Magister Philosophiae (M.Phil)/Philosophiae Doctor (Ph.D)  Post-Graduate/Master’s Degree in any field.

Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, Certified Management Accountant/Credit Monitoring Analysis (CMA)/Bachelor’s Degree with relevant Experience.

Essential Experience: Minimum 02-Years’Experience (Academic and/or Practice) with a Think Tank, Academic Institution, Consultancy or Advisory Body

Desirable Qualification:

1) M Phil (Magister Philosophiae)/ Ph.D. (Philosophiae Doctor)

UGC NET (University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test) Examination

1st Post Chief Program Executive (E-MBA) [School of Finance]:

Essential and Desirable Qualifications with Experience:

Essential Qualifications: I) Master’s Degree in Management, Finance, Commerce, Economics or Related Field. II) CA, CS, CMA with relevant Experience may also apply

Essential Experience:

i) Minimum 03 Years’ Experience in any Reputed Management Institution, Think Tank, etc.

Desirable Qualification: I) Magister Philosophiae (M.Phil) Or Philosophiae Doctor (Ph.D.) in Management, Finance, Commerce, Economics or Related Field.  II) UGC-NET/JRF in Management, Commerce, Economics or Related Field

2nd Post Principal Research Analyst- Centre for Independent Director:

Educational Qualification and Experience: First Class Masters in Management/Law/Economics/ Finance/Commerce/Public Policy or any other relevant discipline with substantial exposure to Policy Framework and Practice Aspects of Corporate Governance and Public policy.

With Minimum 08 Years’ Experience of working with any Think Tank, Chamber of Commerce, Academic Institution, Consultancy or Advisory Body.

3rd Post Chief Programme Executive/SRA- Online Assessment:

Educational Qualification and Experience: Masters in Management/Corporate Law/Finance/Company Secretary/Chartered Accountant.

Experience: Minimum 03 Years’ Experience in handling the Online Examination and Assessment Process. Experience of Developing Question Bank with Experts/Expert Agency would be preferred.

4th Post Consultant (E-MBA) [School of Finance]:

Essential Educational Qualification and Experience: Graduate in Management, Finance, Commerce, Economics or Related Field.

Note: Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, Certified Management Accountant with relevant Experience may also apply

5th Post Senior Consultant-Finance Division:

Essential Educational Qualification and Experience:

Chartered Accountant Professional Competence Course (CA PCC) Qualified or Chartered Accountant Qualified or Equivalent.

Work Experience: Five Years’ Experience in Books Finalization, Stat and Internal Audit, MIS, GST Returns, TDS Returns, preparing various Reconciliations including 26 AS, BRS, Expert Knowledge in Tally ERP 9, etc. Knowledge of Accounting Standards and other Related Laws is Essential

6th Post Research Associate (School of Corporate Governance & Public Policy):

Essential Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree in Management, Economics, Finance, Law or a Qualified Chartered Accountant/Company Secretary/Certified Management Accountant in First Division (or Equivalent Grade).

Experience: Minimum 03 Years’ relevant Work Experience.

7th Post Consultant L-1 (Front Office Executive):

Essential Educational Qualifications and Experience:

i) The Candidate must be

A Graduate.

ii) Certified Front Office Executive, i.e., a Certificate Holder in Front Office.

iii) Good Knowledge of Office Management Procedures and Systems.

iv) Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Work Experience: Minimum 02 Years’ Experience in the capacity of Front Office Executive/Receptionist.

Selection Procedure under Ministry of Corporate Affairs Recruitment 2023:

The Selection Process for all 07 Posts involves a Written Examination and/Or Viva-voce. The Appointments of Appropriately Suitable Candidates will be carried out on the Recommendations, based on the Written Test and/or Interview, of a Selection Committee duly constituted for this Purpose.

Contractual Duration: The Engagement Period will be initially for a period of 01 (One) Year, which may, at the discretion of the Competent Authority be either extended or curtailed depending on the Incumbent’s Performance and IICA Requirement.
