Ministry of Defence 2022: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has called in Applications from the Candidates duly meeting the Eligibility in reference to the Post Senior Scientific Assistant (Computer) in the Department of Defence Production (DPD) Ministry of Defence Recruitment 2022. The UPSC issued Ministry of Defence Recruitment 2022 for Senior Scientific Assistant (Computer) Post has 03 Vacancies, which include 01 Vacancy for the Un-Reserved Category, 01 each Vacancy for EWS and OBC Communities
Among the Candidates meeting the Eligibility Criteria in respect of Senior Scientific Assistant (Computer) under the Directorate General of Aeronautical-Quality Assurance vide the Ministry of Defence Recruitment 2022 Notification issued by the Union Public Service Commission may apply through Proper Channel. The Candidates may apply at the Union Public Service Commission’s ORA Link.
Such Candidates should apply with a No Objection Certificate and the Confidential Reports (CR) in the shape of the Annual Confidential Report (ACR)/Annual Performance Assessment Report (APAR) issued by the Cadre Controlling Authority.
The Last Date for the Eligible Candidates together with the aforestated Requisite Testimonials and Applications shall terminate on 15th December 2022 (15.12.2022).
Selection for the UPSC notified Senior Scientific Assistant (Computer) Post in the Directorate General of Aeronautical-Quality Assurance, Ministry of Defence, shall be carried through by way of a Recruitment Test followed by an Interview or Personal Interviews of the Shortlisted Candidates called in for the same.
Selection on to Senior Scientific Assistant (Computer) Post shall be carried out through a Recruitment Test followed by an Interview Or Only an Interview for Maximum 100 Marks.
Interview Criteria Component: The Union Public Service Commission shall summon only Shortlisted Candidates duly meeting the Eligibility in all respects for the Post Senior Scientific Assistant (Computer) for the Personal Interview.
The Category-wise Minimum Level of the Candidate’s Suitability in Interviews, irrespective of whether the Selection is conducted only by Interview or by Recruitment Test followed by an Interview, i.e., Minimum Qualifying 50 Marks Percentile out of the Maximum Marks being 100 to be secured by the Un-Reserved Category Candidates. The Economically Weaker Section (EWS) Candidate should also score Minimum Qualifying 50% Marks. Other Backward Class Candidate should score Minimum Qualifying 45 Marks. SC/ST/PwBDs Category Candidates need to obtain Minimum Qualifying 40 Marks.
ii) In cases where Selection with reference to the Ministry of Defence Recruitment is carried out by the Recruitment Test (RT) followed by an Interview, the Candidate will have to achieve Minimum Level of Suitability in their Respective Category/ies at the Interview Stage.
The Union Public Service Commission notified Ministry of Defence Recruitment has stipulated at he following Eligibility Criteria in reference to Senior Scientific Assistant (Computer) Directorate General of Aeronautical-Quality Assurance (DGA-QA):
Rs. 25 (Rupees Twenty-five only) either through Fee Remittance in Cash any of the State Bank of India Branches by using Net Banking Facility of the State Bank of India or by using Visa/Master Credit Card/Debit Card.
