Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change Recruitment 2023: The Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MOEFCC) is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the post of Consultant C. As per the official notification of the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change Recruitment 2023, there are a total of 02 vacancies available, one for Consultant C-1 and another for Consultant C-2. The selected candidates will be paid a monthly salary of Rs.1,00,000 per month. The maximum age limit to apply for the available vacancies is 65 years as of 1st June 2023.
In accordance with the official notification for the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change Recruitment 2023, only experienced candidates are eligible to apply. The candidates will be selected on the basis of an interview. Consultant C-1:
Candidates should have a Master of Science degree in Zoology/Botany/Life Science/Natural Science/Wildlife Science/ Natural Resource Management or a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology or a Ph.D. from a recognized University, or equivalent.
Consultant C-2:
Candidates should be Law graduates and should have completed LLB from a recognized University. Candidates should possess knowledge about the various biodiversity-related laws in force in India, laws and policies relating to the trade and commerce of flora and fauna, and should also have knowledge of international laws pertaining to trade in flora and fauna.

According to the official notification for the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change Recruitment 2023, candidates must have the following experience:
Consultant C-1:
Candidates should have experience of more than 10 years and up to 15 years in Research/ development /Design/ Academic/Government Institutions/ Organizations in environment/forestry
Consultant C-2:
Candidates should possess sound knowledge of the working of CITES and its implementation modalities and fluency in communicating and writing reports in English.
