•  Candidate should hold comparable positions, or
•  Candidate should  have five years of service in posts in the parent cadre or Department on the scale of 8000-275-13500 (pre-revised) or equivalent, or
• Candidate with eight years of consistent service in positions ranging from 6500-200-10500 (pre-amended) or a similar position in the parent cadre or Department.
• Experience in administration, establishment, and accounting matters is preferred, as is a law degree from a recognized university or equivalent.
