According to the Ministry of Jal Shakti Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, the Pay Scale accruing to the Officer appointed as Chairman shall remain as hereunder:

Pay Scale: Level-15 (Rs.182200-224100)

The Officer selected on the Chairman Post will have the option to draw his Grade Pay Plus Deputation (Duty) Allowance or to have his Pay fixed in the Pay Scale of the Deputation Post in terms of the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT) Office Memorandum No.6/8/2009-Estt. (Pay-II) Dated 17.06.2010 (as amended from time to time).

Maximum Age Limit for Ministry of Jal Shakti Recruitment 2023:

The Maximum Age Limit as on the Closing Date of the Ministry of Jal Shakti Recruitment 2023 Official Notification should be as narrated hereunder:

Eligibility for Ministry of Jal Shakti Recruitment 2023:

The Eligibility comprising Educational Qualification, Experience, and Specific Requirements in accordance with the Ministry of Jal Shakti Recruitment 2023 involved is narrated hereunder:

By Deputation (Including Short-Term Contract) Basis:

A) The Eligible Officers under the Central Government/State Government Or Union Territories Or Accredited Research Institutions Or Public Sector Undertakings Or Semi-Government Or Statutory Or Autonomous Organizations:

I) holding Analogous Posts on a Regular Basis in the Parent Cadre of the Department; Or

II) With 03-Years’ Regular Service in the Pay Scale Level 14 in the Pay Matrix (Rs.144200-218200) Or Equivalent rendered Appointment thereto on a Regular Basis in the Parent Cadre or Department; With

I) In possession Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from any Accredited University/Institute with 18 Years’ Experience in the Domain notified; And

B) The All India Service Officer:

I) holding Analogous Posts on a Regular Basis in the Parent Cadre of the Department; Or

II) With 03-Years’ Regular Service in the Pay Scale Level 14 in the Pay Matrix (Rs.144200-218200) Or Equivalent rendered Appointment thereto on a Regular Basis in the Parent Cadre or Department; With

B-I) In possession Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from any Accredited University/Institute with 18 Years’ Experience in the Domain notified; And

Selection Criteria under Ministry of Jal Shakti Recruitment 2023:

Selection on the Chairman Post shall be carried through Deputation (Including Short-Term Contractual) Basis involving a Personal Interview therein.

Deputation Tenure: The Deputation Tenure (Including Short-Term Contractual) including the Deputation (ISTC) Period in another Ex-Cadre Post held immediately preceding this Appointment in Similar or some other Organization or Department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed 05 Years.

The Officer selected on the Chairman Post will have the option to draw his Grade Pay Plus Deputation (Duty) Allowance or to have his Pay fixed in the Pay Scale of the Deputation Post in terms of the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT) Office Memorandum No.6/8/2009-Estt. (Pay -II) Dated 17.06.2010 (as amended from time to time).
