Ministry of Labour and Employment Recruitment 2022: The Ministry of Labour and Employment has invited Applications from Experienced Chief Executive Officer Candidates in reference to Appointment to the Deputation Post Director General (DG) in Dattopant Thengadi National Board for Workers Education and Development in the National Capital Region Delhi. There is 01 Post for Director General Post as notified in the Ministry of Labor and Employment Recruitment 2022.
Among the Self-driven Chief Executives/Directors/Officers honed with Competency and Inventive Aptitude, who deem to have met the Eligibility Criteria specific to the Post of Director General (Deputation), hence, are willing to submit individual Candidacy/ies for the Employment Opportunity may apply in the Specimen Application Proforma through Proper Channel together with an Advance Copy coupled with No-Objection Certificate issued by the Cadre Controlling Authority.

A) The Officers under the Central Government/State Governments/UT Administration/Universities/Recognized Research Institutes/ Government Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs)/Statutory Bodies/Autonomous Bodies having in possession the following Qualifications in order to be considered for the Post Director General On Deputation Basis.
i) holding Analogous Posts on a Regular Basis in the Parent Cadre/Department; Or the Department; Or
ii) with 02 Years’ Regular Service in the Post in Pay Scale Level 13A Rs.131100 to Rs.216100; Or
iii) with 03 Years’ Service in the Post in the Pay Scale Level 13 Rs.123100 to Rs. 215900; Or
B) The Officers should also Essentially have in possession
i) Master’s Degree from any Duly Recognized University or the Institute Equivalent thereof; Or
ii) with 15 Years of Experience in Group ‘A’ Post of Equivalent in any Responsible Capacity.
iii) Desirable: Practical and Administrative Experience in Labor-related Issues in the field of Training or Educational or Rural Development or Planning Development.
