Selection Process and Engagement Term: Selection to Assistant Manager-cum-Store Keeper Post will be carried out through a Viva voce. Post-Selection Appointment for Engagement as Assistant Manager-cum-Store Keeper will be offered to the Eligible Officer for 05 Year in a stretch.

A. Officers under the Central Government

a.i) should be holding Analogous Post(s) on a Regular Basis; Or

ii) With Minimum 08 Years’ Regular Service in the Post(s) in Pay Level-2 (Rs.1990 to Rs.63200) in the Pay Matrix;

with the following in possession

Educational Qualification and Experience:

b) Bachelor of Commerce from any duly recognized University; Or

Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from any duly recognized University with 01 Year’s Diploma in Book Keeping or Store Keeping from any duly recognized Institution. And

03 Years’ Serving Experience in handling Store or Accounts in any Central Government Ministerial Department or Undertaking

Note 1) The Qualification about the Service Experience are Relaxable at UPSC’s discretion in case of the Candidates otherwise well-qualified. 2) Qualifications are relaxable at the discretion of the Union Public Service Commission, for the reasons to be recorded in writing, in the case of the Candidates otherwise well-qualified.
