Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment Recruitment 2022: The Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (Divyangjan), Government of India has sought Common Applications in Online Mode from Experienced Officers in reference to Appointment onto the Deputation Post Director of 07 National Institutes (Autonomous Bodies under the Administrative Control of the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (Divyangjan).
There is 01 Vacancy to be filled up with the Director (On Deputation) with 01 Vacancy notified in the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment in Pay Scale Level 13 (Rs.123100 to Rs.215900) in the Pay Matrix vide Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment Recruitment 2022.
The Application Submission Process by the Eligible Intending Officers meeting Eligibility Criteria for filling up of the Post of Director On Deputation Basis to be in Online Mode through a “Proper Channel” entails a No Objection Certificate. Submission of the Duly completed Applications shall close on the 45th Date hence the Office Memorandum Dated 8th December 2022 (08.12.2022) issued in the Employment News Edition.
Appointment on to the Director Post for 07 National Institutes shall be carried through by way of adopting Concurrent Deputation/Contractual Methodology. However Contractual Methodology for Appointment on the Director Post of 07 National Institutes would be adopted/exercised only in the event of non-availability of the Social Candidate for Deputation as may be read in the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment Recruitment 2022 Advertisement.

Contractual Appointment Emolument: Rs. 1.75 Lac (Consolidated) Per Month with a Provision of Annual Increment @3%
Age Limit (On the Closing Date): Not to Exceed 56 Years for Deputation and 62 Years for Contractual Appointment (to be reckoned as on the Closing Date of Receipt of Applications)
Eligibility Criteria
A) The Officer under the Central Government/State Governments/UT Administration/Accredited Universities/Government Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs)/Statutory/Autonomous Organisations having in possession the following Qualifications in order to be considered for the Director Post On Deputation Basis.
A.i) holding Analogous Posts on a Regular Basis in the Parent Cadre/Department; Or the Department and Minimum 05 Years’ Experience in Research or Rehabilitation or Administration in the field of Disability; Or
ii) holding Analogous Posts in Pay Scale Level 12 of the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC or Equivalent Grade with Minimum 05 Years’ Service in the Grade and Minimum 05 Years’ Experience in Research or Rehabilitation or Administration in the field of Disability; Or
iii) holding Analogous Posts in Pay Scale Level 11 of the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC or Equivalent Grade with Minimum 08 Years’ Service in the Grade and Minimum 05 Years’ Experience in Research or Rehabilitation or Administration in the field of Disability.
And
B) The Officer should also Essentially have in possession
i) Post-Graduate Degree in Special Education or any other Discipline with Minimum 55% Marks or Equivalent Grade from any Duly Recognized University or the Institute Equivalent thereof.
C) Desirable: Philosophiae Doctor in the Allied Discipline.
For Contractual Appointment, both Essential and Desirable Qualifications as prescribed for Deputation and as mentioned under Points B and C hereinabove are Mandatory with 15 Years’ Experience in Research or Rehabilitation or Administration in the field of Disability/ies.

3. His / Her Confidential Report (CR) Dossier (Photocopies of the Annual Confidential Reports (ACRs) / Annual Performance Appraisal Reports (APARs) of preceding 05 Years duly attested by an Officer of Rank of the Under-Secretary of the Government of India
4. Neither Major or Minor Penalty has been imposed on Him / Her in the past 10 Years. A List of Major or Minor Penalty/ies imposed on Him or Her in the last 10 Years is enclosed herewith (as the case may be).
