• Master’s Degree from a recognized university /institution.

Desirable-

• MBA/Law.

Experience-

• Must have 3 years of experience in procurement, contracting, drafting of RFP/RFQs evaluation of bid documents, concession document in PPP cases, contract management, understanding of government procurement procedures and GFR. Experience working on PPP Models will be preferred.

For Consultant ((Legal Expert)-

• Master’s Degree from a recognized university /institution.

Desirable-

• LLM/Company Secretary.

Experience-

• Must have experience in preparing and vetting legal documents including structuring and formation of companies/SPVs, drafting MOUs/AOAs/other statutory documents including concession agreements in PPP cases.

For Associate-

• Master’s Degree from a recognized university /institution preferably in civil engineering.

Experience-

• Experience in handling large infra projects, especially industrial parks. Should have an understanding of project costing, tendering and other engineering support. Experience working in Textiles will be preferred.

For Young Professional-

• Master’s Degree from a recognized university /institution.

Desirable-

• IT/MBA.

Experience-

• Monitoring of project through dedicated portal/dashboard, data collection, evaluation, analysis, communication with SPVs, project-related communication with all stakeholders, timely updation of social media handles and website.
• The candidate should have hands-on IT experience.

Salary for Ministry of Textiles Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the official notification of the Ministry of Textiles Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will get a monthly salary as under below-

• The selected candidates for the post of Young Professionals will get a monthly salary of Rs.60000.
• The selected candidates for the post of Associate will get a monthly salary between Rs.80000 to Rs.145000.
• The selected candidates for the post of Consultant will get a monthly salary between Rs.145000 to Rs.265000.

Tenure for Ministry of Textiles Recruitment 2023:
