Essential Eligibility Conditions: The Eligible Applicant should have the following Prescribed Qualifications hereunder:

a) Post-Graduate Degree in a Post-related Discipline from the Government of India accredited University.
b) Master of Education (M.Ed.) with Minimum 55% Marks from the Government of India accredited University Or Equivalent Institute.
c) Philosophiae Doctor (Ph.D.) in Education.
d) 10-Years’ Professional Experience in Teacher Education.
e) Minimum of 10 Research Publications in the Peer-reviewed or the University Grants Commission-listed International Research Journals (IRJs).
f) Minimum 110 Research Score as per Appendix II, Table 2 of the UGC Regulations on Minimum Qualifications for Appointment of Teachers and other Academic Staff in the Universities and Colleges and measures for upkeeping of the Standards in Higher Educational Institutions) Regulations 2018.
Selection on to the Post Principal in Institute of Advanced Study in Education under Higher & Technical Education would be conducted through a Personal Interaction/Personal Interview as may be decided by Mizoram Public Service Commission. Only Shortlisted Candidates based on their Eligibility Criteria notified vide Mizoram PSC Recruitment 2022 would be called in for Personal Interaction/Personal Interview.
