• For appointment on a Deputation basis, the initial tenure will be for 03 years extendable upto 05 years or upto the age of superannuation whichever is earlier.
• For appointment on a Contract basis, the initial tenure will be for 03 years extendable upto 05 years or upto the age of 60 years whichever is earlier.
• For appointment on a Re-employment basis, the initial tenure will be for 01 year extendable Upto 05 years or upto the age of 65 years whichever is earlier, on a yearly basis.

Qualification for MPMRC Recruitment 2024:

Domain- Finance/Sub Domain- Finance/Accounts

• For candidates working in Railway / State or Central Govt:

1. Applicant must hold a Graduate from a Govt. recognized university/ institute.

• For candidates working in Metro Rail / Railway PSUs/ other PSUs/ other reputed industries:

1. Candidate should have an M.Com or MBA / PGDM (Finance) or CA from ICAI or CA Inter from ICWA from a Govt. recognized university/institute.

Domain- HR and Admin/Sub Domain- HR

• For Contract basis:

1. Applicant must have an MBA/PGDM with specialization in HR or an equivalent Master’s Degree with specialization in HR/MSW/LLB from a Govt recognized University Institute.

• For Deputation/ Re-employment basis:

1. Aspirants should have a Graduate in any discipline with post qualification experience of 05 years in the HR domain.

Experience for MPMRC Recruitment 2024:

According to the official notification of MPMRC Recruitment 2024, the candidate’s required experiences are given below:

• The candidates should have knowledge and working experience in area of Contract Management, Financial Statements, Corporate Accounting, Project Accounting, Financial Management, Multilateral / Bilateral Funding, Taxation – Direct/Indirect, Management, Governance, Treasury, Management, Corporate Governance, Tender Evaluation, vetting of contracts/offers working knowledge & implementation of IND-AS, Compliance of Companies Act, 2013, Internal Financial Controls, Risk Assessment, dealing with auditors including CAG, project appraisal and project funding including raising/arranging funds for projects from Domestic Banks/ International sources/ Financial Institutions/ Public or on Private placement basis.
• The candidate should have knowledge and working experience in HR Administrative & matters including formulation implementation & of HR Policies, Establishment, and Service Matter, Training & Development, Management, Reservation Performance SAP/ERP Roster and dealing in labour Working knowledge SAP/ERP is a must.

Age Limit for MPMRC Recruitment 2024:

In line with the official MPMRC Recruitment 2024 notification, the age limit for the assigned position is mentioned below.

For Candidate applying on a Deputation Basis

For Working Officers:

• The maximum age limit should be 58 years, in case where the age of retirement in the organisation where they are working at the time of cut date of eligibility in the advertisement is 60 years.
  OR
• The maximum age limit should be 60 years, in case where the age of retirement in the organisation where they are working at the time of cut date of eligibility in the advertisement is 62 years.

For Candidate applying on a Re-employment Basis

• The maximum age limit should be 62 years.

For Candidate applying on a Contract Basis

• For Assistant Manager post the maximum age limit should be 45  years.

Salary for MPMRC Recruitment 2024:

According to the official notification of MPMRC Recruitment 2024, the selected candidate would be paid a monthly remuneration between Rs. 50000 and Rs. 160000.
