MPMRCL Recruitment 2023: Madhya Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation Limited (MPMRCL), a joint venture between the Government of India and the Government of Madhya Pradesh, is responsible for the implementation of the Bhopal Metro Rail Project and Indore Metro Rail Project in Madhya Pradesh. The corporation is looking for qualified and experienced candidates for various posts on a contractual basis. There are a total of 111 vacancies available in this recruitment drive. The initial appointment tenure on contract basis is three years, extendable up to five years or until the age of 60 years, whichever is earlier.
As per MPMRCL Recruitment 2023 official notification, the available posts include Supervisor/Operations, Supervisor/Security, Supervisor, Traction & B&M, Maintainer, Traction & EAM, Supervisor, Track, Supervisor, Work, Maintainer, Work, and others. Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria for each post, such as educational qualifications, work experience, age, pay scale, and grade, as mentioned in Table B, C, and D, can apply for the posts. The corporation is seeking candidates with a bachelor’s degree or a diploma in engineering or a related discipline, along with relevant work experience in the metro rail corporation’s operations, security, civil works, or other departments.

As per MPMRCL Recruitment 2023 official notification, For the post of Supervisor/Operations, candidates need to have a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any Engineering or BSC Hons in Physics/Chemistry/Math’s or BSC (Physics/Chemistry/Math) from a Government recognized/Railways institution. They should also have experience in the operations department of Metro Rail Corporations.
For the post of Supervisor/Security, candidates need to have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university/institute and experience in the security department of Metro Rail Corporations.
For the post of Supervisor/Signaling & Telecoms, and Rolling Stock, candidates need to have a three-year Engineering Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Mechanical discipline from a Government recognized university, and experience in the Signaling Telecom or Rolling Stock department of Metro Rail Corporations.
For the post of Supervisor/Track, candidates need to have Matriculation plus a two-year ITI (NCVT/SCVT) in any of the following trades: Fitter/Mechanic Motor Vehicle/Mechanic Diesel Engine/Tractor Mechanic/Welder (Gas & Electric)/Painter (General)/Electrician/Wireman/Mechanic (Radio & TV)/Electronic Mechanic from a Government recognized institution. They should also have a diploma in the Mechanical discipline from a Government recognized university.
