MSTC Recruitment 2023: The Recruitment Cell, MSTC Limited has sought Online Applications from Young Dynamic Professionals as well as Experienced Professionals Eligible for Appointment into the Posting of Officer On Special Duty (OSD) on Fixed Contractual Term Basis (FCTB) under 2023 in Multiple Fields.
As per the MSTC Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Candidates meeting Eligibility with Interest in Multiple fields like Operations/ Marketing/ Business Development/Finance and Accounts/Systems/Personnel and Administration Willing to be Applicants a Fixed Contractual Duration Basis (FCDB) may complete the Online Application Process up to 13th March 2023 (13.03.2023). The MSTC Appointment Opportunities for various Posting Locations of the Metro Cities notified in the MSTC Recruitment 2023 Advertisement.
As per the MSTC Recruitment 2023 Advertisement, 62 Vacancies are as explained in the following Tabular Format:

As per the MSTC Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Consolidated Monthly Salary Entitlement for the Posts are mentioned hereunder:
Post 01: Rs. 40000 (Rupees Forty Thousand) only.
Posts 02, 05, 06, 08 and 09: Rs. 60000 (Rupees Sixty Thousand) only.
Posts 03 and 04: Rs. 50000 (Rupees Fifty Thousand) only.
Posts 07: Rs. 70000 (Rupees Seventy Thousand) only.
For Posts 10 & 11: Rs. 70000 to Rs. 120000 (Pay shall be fixed on the basis of the Relevant Field Experience, with Minimum required Experience as 02-Years)
According to the MSTC Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Age Limits for the Posts are hereunder:
Minimum 21 Years and Maximum 62 Years.

Note*: As per the MSTC Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Eligibility comprising Educational Qualifications with Post-Qualifications specific to the Posts are explained in detail therein.
Posts 01 – 03:
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree from the Accredited University.
Graduation / Bachelor’s Degree with Minimum 60% Marks. Applicants with Professional Qualification like MBA/02-Years’ Post-Graduation Diploma will be given Preference.
Posts 04 and 05:
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree from the Accredited University.
Applicants with Professional qualification like MBA/02-Years’ Post-Graduation Diploma will be given Preference.
Posts 06 and 07:
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree from the Accredited University.
Desirable: A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Diploma in Engineering.
Posts 08 and 09:
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree from the Accredited University with minimum ICWA/CA Inter passed. MBA (Finance)/02-Years’ Post-Graduation Diploma in Finance are also Eligible.
Post-Qualification Experience:
01) No Experience is Mandatory for 1st Post.
02) 05-Years’ Experience for Posts 02, 05, 06 and 07 in the relevant Field.
03) 02-Years’ Experience for Posts 03, 04, 08 and 09, 10 and 11 in the relevant Field.
Selection Criteria under MSTC Recruitment 2023:
Selection on all the Posts shall be carried through by Interview. Engagement Duration for all the Posts shall be initially 02-Years. However, Maximum Engagement Duration shall be extendable for up to 05 Years in a staggered manners subject to the Requirement.
Rs 590 (Rupees Five Hundred Ninety) Only Inclusive of GST at the time of Online Application Form (except SCs/STs/PwBDs Candidates).
According to MSTC Recruitment 2023 Notification issued, the Candidates should complete the Application Process as per the Instructions explained in therein.
