Subsequent to Online Registration, following documents / certificates, should be attached in the form of Photocopies along with the Application:

• Certified Copy of APARs for the previous 05 years (2016-17 up to 2020 -21) duly attested by the Officer Not Below the Deputy Head of Department.
• A Statement showing year-wise availability of APARs and grading duly signed by the Deputy Chairman / Chairperson or Chairman.
• Self-attested photocopies of all the Educational Documents, Certificates, Present, and Past Serving / Working Experience, and Pay Scale.
• No Objection Certificate issued by the respective Port.
• Applicant’s Undertaking of Not Withdrawing the Candidacy in case of Selection by the Services Selection Committee.
• Administrative clearance from the Port Authority Concerned. (Annexure-VII)
• Vigilance Report in the prescribed Format. (Annexure VIII)
• Two Passport-size Photographs.
• The Applicant Personnel needs to submit Input in case of Major to Minor Penalty over the past 10 years, the disciplinary case leading to such penalty with necessary documents accompanied by the Application forwarding by the Authority.

Selection Procedure for Mumbai Port Authority Recruitment 2022 

• Personnel’s Absorption from among the Officers as Sr Deputy Secretary under Pay Scale of Rs 80000 – Rs 220000will be strictly their meeting prescribed Eligibility for the Post.
• Absorption through Composite Method from among the Officers at the Major Ports meeting the Eligibility Criteria prescribed in Mumbai Port Authority Circular.
