Mumbai Port Authority Recruitment 2023: The Mumbai Port Authority (MbPA), Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways, Government of India has sought Online Applications from the Candidates Eligible for filling up the Deputy Chief Engineer (Deputy Head of Department Level) Post notified through Mumbai Port Authority Recruitment 2023 Official Notification Dated 16th March 2023 (16.03.2023).

According to the Mumbai Port Authority Recruitment 2023, the Crucial Date for the Eligibility Criteria is 01.07.2023, hence, the Eligibility Criteria in terms of the Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways’ Circular No. A-29018/4/2081/PE-I Dated 11.08.2021:
Essential Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent in Civil Engineering from any Accredited University/ Institution.
Post Professional Qualification Experience: 12-Years’ Experience in Executive Cadre in Planning Construction/Design/Maintenance Preferably of Port and Marine Structures in any Industrial/ Commercial/ Government Undertaking
Selection on Deputy Head of Department Deputy Chief Engineer (Civil) Post shall be carried through as explained hereunder:
I) By Absorption through Composite Method failing which
II) By Deputation from other Government Organization; And failing Both Absorption and Deputation, By Direct Recruitment.
According to the Mumbai Port Authority Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, as per the Ministry’s Guidelines Dated 11th August 2021 in the case of Receipt of an Advance Copy of the Application from any Candidate, the Application with a complete Set of Enclosures Before or On 02.05.2023, should be received through Proper Channel from the Port within 15 Days of the Closing Date of Receipt of Applications.
