For Manager (Arch. and Planning)-

• The applicant must have a Full-time Degree in Architecture from a government-recognized Institute/University with 60% aggregate marks.

Experience–

• The applicant must have a total of 06 years of experience in planning and designing and detailing schemes pertaining to township/housing / commercial complexes / institutional/industrial etc. including interior designing.

Desirable experience-

• The applicant must have knowledge of AUTOCAD and 3D software for the generation of walkthrough / walk-around animation presentations etc.
• The applicant must have knowledge and proficiency in the use of a Computer will be preferred.

For Project Manager (Structural Design – Civil)-

• The applicant must have a full-time Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a government-recognized University / Institute with 60% aggregate marks.

Experience–

• The applicant must have a design of civil works related to environmental structures such as water treatment or sewerage treatment plants. Should also have experience in carrying out computer-aided designs and analysis of various types of structures.
• The applicant must Liaise with relevant professional staff such as architects, monitor and inspect work undertaken by contractors, administer contracts, manage projects and inspect properties to check conditions/foundations. Knowledge of STAAD PRO, ETABS, SAFE software etc.
• The applicant must have knowledge of AUTOCAD/REVIT/BIM for drawing preparations.
• The applicant must have knowledge and proficiency in the use of a Computer will be preferred.

Selection Process for NBCC Recruitment 2024:

The selection of NBCC Recruitment 2024 will be determined on the basis of a Computer Based Test (CBT) and Personal Interview. The candidates who qualify the CBT will be called for the interview.
