NCLAT Recruitment 2023: The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) is inviting applications from suitable and qualified candidates for the position of Judicial Member. Referring to the official notification of NCLAT Recruitment 2023, applicants will not be eligible for appointment as members of the NCLAT unless they have reached the age of 50 as of the application deadline. The applicants will be chosen based on a personal interview.
Based on the official notification of NCLAT Recruitment 2023, there are now 02 open vacancies for the aforementioned position. The chosen candidate will be given a salary of Rs. 225000 per month, plus any other allowances that may be available. In accordance with the official notification of NCLAT Recruitment 2023, the initial contract appointment will continue for 04 years, or until he/she reaches the age of 67, whichever comes first. As mentioned in the official notification of NCLAT Recruitment 2023, the initial contractual appointment will be for a term of 04 years or till he/she attains the age of sixty-seven years, whichever is earlier.
Referring to the official notification of NCLAT Recruitment 2023, the eligible candidate’s selection will be based on a personal interview. The final selection will be done based on the overall evaluation of candidates done by the Committee based on qualification, experience and personal interaction. No TA/DA will be admissible to the candidates to be called for an interview.
According to the official notification of NCLAT Recruitment 2023, qualified and interested applicants should submit the online application form through the given websites in the official notification from 10:00 AM of 21-11-2023. All requisite and relevant documents need to be uploaded online while filling up of application. Printout of the applications after final submission on the online portal duly completed, and signed along with copies of uploaded documents, is required to be sent to the Shri Riazul Haque, Under Secretary, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Room No 526, ‘A’ Wing, 5th Floor, Shastri Bhawan, New Delhi-110001 by 05:30 PM of 29-12-2023.
