The Duly constituted Search-Cum-Section Committee under the Tribunal Reforms Act 2021 for recommending the names for Appointment to the Notified Post(S) shall conduct a Scrutiny of the Applications with respect to Suitability of Application for the Technical Member Post by giving due Weightage to the Qualifications and Experience of the Candidates and shortlisting Eligible Candidates for conducting Personal Interaction.

Final Selection for the Post(s) will be carried through based on the Overall Evaluation of Candidates done by the Committee based on Qualification, Experience, and Personal Interaction.  Post-Selection Term of the Office of the Technical Member Post shall remain 05 Years.
