RLDA Recruitment 2023: The Office Deputy General Manager (Human Resource), Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA), Ministry of Railways (MoR), Government of India, has invited Applications from Experienced Indian Railway Officer Eligible for 02 Posts Joint General Manager (JGM/Civil) and Deputy General Manager (DGM/Civil) with 06 Vacancies to be filled up on Deputation notified vide the RLDA Recruitment 2023 Official Employment Notice Dated 13.06.2023. The RLDA Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Circular has arisen with Pay Levels 13 and 12 for Deputationist Appointments for Posts Joint General Manager (Civil) and Deputy General Manager (Civil) against06 Vacancies Initially for 03 Years and subsequently extendable up to 05 Years.
According to the RLDA Recruitment 2023 Employment Vacancy Notice, 28.06.2023 is the Last Date for both Joint General Manager and Deputy General Manager Posts to be filled on Deputation Basis with 05 Years (03 Years Plus 02 Years, i.e., Extension for 4th and 5th Year shall be carried through by Vice Chairman, RLDA.
Hence, based on the RLDA Recruitment 2023 Official Employment Advertisement, the Intending and Eligible Employees should complete the Application Submission Formality/Process through Proper Channel well ahead of the Crucial Date 28.06.2023. Every Individual Applicant may also submit their respective Applications annexed with the Required Enclosures through E-Mail as well as Mail. The Concerned Controlling Officer/Zonal Railways may forward Advance Applications of the Eligible Officers’ Duly Filled-in Applications accompanying the Enclosures receivable in the Office of the RLDA Employment Notice notifying 28.06.2023 as the Last Date.
Based on the RLDA Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Notice, there are 07 Vacancies to be filled up with Appointments of the Appropriately Suitable Candidates on the Opted Posts:
1) Joint General Manager (Civil)/Deputy General Manager (Civil):
Vacancy: 06 Nos.
As is notified in the RLDA Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, the Appropriately Suitable Officer selected on the Applied for Posts shall be entitled to Monthly the Pay Scale Levels applicable to the Posts as also mentioned hereunder:
Pay Matrix Levels:
01) Joint General Manager (Civil) Post: Pay Matrix Level 13
02) Deputy General Manager (Civil) Post: Pay Matrix Level 12
According to the RLDA Recruitment 2023 Employment, the Eligibility for all Posts mandates the Specific Requirements explained in detail in the Appended RLDA Recruitment 2023 Employment Notice:
Specific Requirements with Educational Qualifications, Experience: The Officers working on Regular Posts in the notified Pay Matrix Levels in the Concerned Service Domain Cadre of the Indian Railways/Central Government/State Government/Public Sector Undertakings of the Central Government/State Government or Public Sector Enterprises (PSEs)/Statutory Authorities with Bachelor’s Degree in the Post relevant Disciplines and Essential Experience stipulated for the Post.
Suitable and Eligible Candidates will be shortlisted prior to being called in for Viva-voce/Personal Interaction/Interview for all Notified Posts.
Post-Selection on the Applied Posts by the Personnel will be carried out on Normal Deputation Terms with 05-Years’ Deputation Tenure. Deputation Based Initial Term shall be 03 Years and subsequent Extensions for 4th and 5th Years will be Extended by Vice Chairman, Rail Land Development Authority (VC/RLDA).

The Concerned Controlling Officer/Zonal Railways, etc. may forward Only Eligible Candidates’ duly completed Applications accompanying Vigilance/ Discipline and Appeal Rules (D&ARs) Clearance and Previous 05-Years’ Annual Confidential Reports/Performance Appraisal Reports (ACRs/APARs) Grading to the HR Section.
