NCLT Recruitment 2023 for Registrar: Check Posts, Eligibility and How to Apply
NCLT Recruitment 2023: National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the post of Deputy Registrar and Assistant Registrar on a deputation basis. Selected candidates will be appointed for a tenure of 03 years. As per the NCLT Recruitment 2023 notification, there are 02 vacancies. Selected candidates for the post of Deputy Registrar will be posted in Chandigarh and for the post of Assistant Registrar, selected candidates will be posted in New Delhi.
As per the NCLT Recruitment 2023 notification, selected candidates will get a monthly salary on pay scale levels 11 and 12. Interested and eligible candidates have to send their duly filled application to the address mentioned below on or before the last date. Application received after the last date will be summarily REJECTED. As per the NCLT Recruitment 2023 notification, the application should reach on or before 60 days from the release of notification.

Mention below are the eligibility criteria for NCLT Recruitment 2023:
Deputy Registrar
Officers working under Central Government or State Governments or Union Territories or Courts or Tribunals or statutory organizations with a degree in law from a recognized University,
(A)
(i) holding analogous posts on regular basis, or
(ii) a post in level 11 as per the pay matrix of Seventh Central Pay Commission or equivalent with five years of regular service in the grade,
(b) Having experience in administrative or establishment or court matters.
Assistant Registrar
Officers working under Central Government or State Governments or Union Territories or Courts Tribunals possessing a degree in law from a recognized University;-
(a)
(i) holding analogous posts on regular basis; or
(ii) (ii) a post in levels 9 and 10 as per the pay matrix of Seventh Central Pay Commission or equivalent with five years of regular service in the grade; or
(iii) a post in level 8 as per the pay matrix of Seventh Central Pay Commission or equivalent with six years of regular service in the grade,
(iv) a post in level 7 in the pay matrix of the Seventh Central Pay Commission with seven years’ regular service in the grade,
(b) having experience in administrative or establishment or Court matters.
Mention below is the salary for NCLT Recruitment 2023:
Deputy Registrar
The selected candidate will get a monthly salary on pay scale level 12 (Rs. 78800-209200)
Assistant Registrar
The selected candidate will get a monthly salary on pay scale level 11 (Rs. 67700-208700)
Selected candidates will be appointed for a tenure of 03 years.
As per the NCLT Recruitment 2023 notification, the maximum age limit for this job post is 56 years.
As per the NCLT Recruitment 2023 notification, candidates have to send their duly filled application to the address mentioned below on or before the last date.
