Tenure for NCRCT Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the Official notification of NCRCT Recruitment 2023, candidates will be appointed for a period of 03 years which will be reviewed every year.

Age Limit for NCRCT Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of NCRTC Recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit for this post is 40 years.

Qualification for NCRCT Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of NCRTC Recruitment 2023, Candidates applying for the NCRCT Recruitment 2023 must have the following qualification.

Assistant Manager/Strategic Planning

• Candidates should have an Engineering Graduate.
• PG Degree/ Diploma in Management or its equivalent.

Assistant Manager/Planning

• Candidate should have a B.E./ B. Tech (Civil) or its equivalent.
• PG Degree/ Diploma in Construction Management/ Planning or its equivalent.

Experience for NCRCT Recruitment 2023

The Experience required for this post is mentioned below.

Assistant Manager/Planning

Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience working with Central/ State Govt. organizations/ CPSEs/ Govt. Instrumentalities or Private Sector Organizations.

The experience includes-

• Cost estimation, preparing and periodically updating construction schedule, identifying critical paths & other activities related to project management for Urban Metro Projects.
• Should have proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, 4D BIM, and dashboard tools, such as Power BI.

Assistant Manager/Strategic Planning

Minimum 5 years post qualification experience of working with Central/ State Govt. organizations/ CPSEs/ Govt. Instrumentalities or Private Sector Organizations.

The experience includes-

• Urban Development/ Transport Infrastructure Development related experience.
• Developing responsive & adaptive governance framework and managing risks.
• Benchmarking studies
•  Market analysis/ industry potential assessment.
• Planning for the project’s required budget and creating various budget heads to monitor the expenses.

Salary for NCRCT Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of NCRCT Recruitment 2023, selected candidates will get an annual income of Rs.16 lakhs.
