The NCRTC Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement has occurred with 01 Post and Even Number  01 Vacancy to be filled up on a Deputation Basis/An Absorption Basis, narrated hereunder:

Post: Group General Manager (Finance)

Posting: Delhi National Capital Region

Appointment Terms: Deputation Or Immediate Absorption. The Normal Term of Deputation, but the period of Deputation will in no case exceed 05 Years.

Monthly Pay under NCRTC Recruitment 2023:

Based on the NCRTC Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Pay Scale/Level accruing to the Group General Manager (Finance) shall remain as hereunder:

Required Pay Scale:

I) Currently working in CDA Scales In Pay-Scale Rs. 144200-218200 (L14)

II) Currently working in IDA Scales In Pay-Scale Rs.120000-280000 (E8)

The Pay and Allowances for Deputation shall be regulated as per the DoPT (Department of Personnel and Training) Rules. In addition, the NCRTC offers Lease, Transport, Medical, Laptop/ Mobile Handset/ Electricity/Phone Charges, subject to Limits and other Allowances as per Organization’s Policy.

The Pay and Allowances On Deputation shall be regulated as per the DoPT (Department of Personnel & Training) Guidelines. In addition, the Corporation offers Lease, Transport, Medical, Laptop/Mobile handset/ Electricity/Phone Charges, etc., subject to Limits and Other Benefits as per NCRTCs Policy.

Age Limit for NCRTC Recruitment 2023:

As per the NCRTC Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, the Eligible Applicant should be aged as on the Closing Date for Receipt of the Application as hereunder:

Eligibility Criteria for NCRTC Recruitment 2023:

The Eligibility Criteria, in accordance with the NCRTC Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, comprising Specific Requirements in the case of Deputation Basis Or Absorption Basis should be read as hereunder:

Educational Qualification: Graduate in case of Officers belonging to Indian Railway Accounts Service (IRAS) OR

Essential: Chartered Accountant (CA)/Cost & Management Accounting (CMA)

Desirable: MBA/Post-Graduation Diploma with specialization in Finance/Equivalent.

Experience: Should have minimum 20 Years’ Post-Qualification Experience at Executive Level (E2/L9 Or above)

Experience in Railway Construction Projects, PPP Projects, Projects funded by Multilateral/Bilateral Agencies, handling the FIDIC [‘Fédération Internationale des Ingénieurs – Conseils’, which is best translated from French as The International Federation of Consulting Engineers] based Tenders, vetting of Estimates, Contracts, Variations, etc.

Experience in Indian Railways including the Railway CPSE’s/Metro Rail Organizations will be preferred.

II) On Immediate Absorption Basis:

Current Employment: The Officers Working on Regular Employment in Government Organizations/Central Public Sector Enterprises, and Other Government Instrumentalities are only Eligible for Immediate Absorption.

Emoluments & Place of Posting:

The NCRTC offers Attractive Pay, Perks and Allowances attached to the Post/Grade as per NCRTC’s Policy. The Job remains Transferable, and the Selected Candidates may be posted/ transferred to any of the Office/Workplace of NCRTC, during the course of their Service.

Required Pay Scale:

Currently working in the CDA Scales: In Pay-Scale Rs. 144200-218200 (L14) Or 03 Years’ Service in the Pay-Scale Rs. 123100-215900 (L-13);

Currently working in IDA Scales: In Pay-scale Rs.120000-280000 (E8) Or 03 Years’ Service in Pay-Scale Rs.10000-260000 (E7).

Selection Criteria under NCRTC Recruitment 2023:

The NCRTC Recruitment 2023 Official Notification entails the Selection Criteria for Selection on the Group General Manager (Finance) Post Shortlisting of the Appropriately Suitable Candidates based on the Eligibility Criteria/Work Experience in the relevant field. Such Candidates would be called in for participating in the Viva-voce/Personal Interaction for Assessment of Suitability for Senior Associate Lead (Strategy) Post.

Deputation Term: The Normal Term of Deputation except the Period of Deputation, will in no case exceed 05 (Five) Years.

Exemption from the Rule of Permanent Absorption: The Department of Personnel and Training vide its Office Memorandum No. AB.14017/86/2007/-Establishment (RR) Dated 16.01.2008 has granted Exemption for Deputationist Officers joining the Joint Sector Companies, set up for Metro Projects, from the Rule of Permanent Absorption so long as they are in “Construction Mode”. The Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA) has extended these Instructions for National Capital Region Transport Corporation vide its Letter No. K-14011/17/2016-MRTC-1 Dated 03.01.2017.
