HRIDC Recruitment 2023: Applications for Deputation Appointment on Post General Manager (Infrastructure BD & CC) in All Grade ‘A’ Services of Indian Railways except RPF and Medical Services in Haryana Rail Infrastructure Development Corporation (HRIDC) Ltd. have been sought by the Railway Board, Ministry of Railway, Government of India notified in the HRIDC Recruitment 2023 Notification. Experienced Officers with Eligibility and Willingness for the Post General Manager (Infra BD and CC) Posts may apply in the prescribed Specimen Application Proforma following the Instructions prescribed in this HRIDC Recruitment 2023 Notification issued for the purpose.
According to the HRIDC Recruitment 2023 Notification issued there is 01 Vacancy under Parent Pay Plus Other Perquisites to be filled up with Appointment of an Appropriately Eligible Officer/Volunteer on the Post General Manager (Infra and BD & CC) for Posting in Chandigarh/Gurugram City.
As per the HRIDC Recruitment 2023 Notification issued, the Eligible Candidates with Willingness must complete the Application in the Prescribed Proforma for submission well in time Before the Last Date 21st March 2023 (21.03.2023). Duly completed Application in the form of an Advance Scanned Copy in respect of the Willing Officer through ‘Proper Channel’ should be transmitted through Email.

According to the HRIDC Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Candidates post-Selection as General Manager (Infra BD and CC), shall be entitled to the Pay Scale explained hereunder:
Parent Pay Plus Other Perks and Allowances as per the HRDIC Policy.
The Eligible Candidate as on the Closing Date 21.03.2023 of the HRIDC Recruitment 2023 Advertisement/ Vacancy Notice should be aged as is explained hereunder:
Maximum Age Limit: Not exceeding 56 Years
Grade: Non-Functional Higher Administrative Grade (NFHAG)/Senior Administrative Grade (SAG)/Non-Functional Senior Administrative Grade (NFSAG)
Minimum Eligibility: The Eligible Officer should be working in Non-Functional Higher Administrative Grade (NFHAG)/Senior Administrative Grade (SAG)/Non-Functional Senior Administrative Grade (NFSAG) in Pay Scale Level 15 Or 14 with
Experience: Minimum 17 Years’ Experience in Group ‘A’ Service
Preferential: The Officer with Experience in the field of Planning, Management, Taxation, Resource Mobilization Technology and System, respectively.
Only Eligible Shortlisted Candidates would be called in for participating in the Personal Interaction/Interview and Record Verification. The Candidates who are selected on the HRIDC General Manager (Infra BD and CC) would be issued Deputation Appointments in the Pay Scale of Parent Pay Plus Deputation Allowance. Post-Selection, the Candidate shall be issued Deputation Based Appointment for 03 Years.
Note*: Preference in Selection on General Manager (Infra/Civil) Post shall be given to the Officer with Experience in the field of Planning, Management, Taxation, Resource Mobilization Technology and System, respectively.
According to the HRIDC Recruitment 2023 Notification, the duly completed Applications annexed with the Cadre Controlling Authority issued No-Objection, Vigilance Clearance, Discipline and Appeal Rules (D&ARs), etc.

The Willing Officer should forward individual Application accompanying the Forwarding/Certification issued by the Employer in the shape of the Candidate’s together with the following Testimonials/Documents explained in the HRIDC Recruitment 2023 Notification:
i) Vigilance/DAR Clearance;
ii) Integrity Certification;
iii) Last 05 Years’ Annual Performance Appraisal Report (APAR) Dossier duly attested by any Competent Officer;
iv) Certification that No Major/Minor Penalty has been imposed on him/her during last 10-Years.
v) Cadre Controlling Authority issued No-Objection.
