NHAI Recruitment 2023: The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) is seeking eligible candidates for the engagement of General Manager(Technical), Deputy General Manager (Technical), Manager (Technical), and Junior Hindi Translator on a deputation basis. According to the NHAI Recruitment 2023 official notification, the total number of opening vacancies is 62 which may be increased or decreased based on NHAI requirements. The appointment will be made on a deputation basis for three years, which can be extended for another year with the agreement of the NHAI Chairman. The upper age limit of candidates applying for available posts shouldn’t be above 56 years. The shortlisted candidates will be offered a monthly salary of up to Rs.2,15,900 with other allowances as mentioned in the available posts.
According to the NHAI Recruitment 2023 official notification, applicants should have Indian citizenship to be eligible for the mentioned positions. Candidates must complete the application form and attach all necessary documents, such as a vigilance clearance, professional references, appointment orders, summaries of annual performance appraisal reports (APARs), attested copies of annual confidential reports, and certificates for the officer’s work and conduct over the previous five (05) years. For a period of two years from the date of cancellation of the offer of employment, the candidate’s nomination will not be considered for any additional appointment by the NHAI.

For General Manager(Technical)
Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from a recognised university or institute, as well as at least 14 years of experience in Group A service, with at least 9 years of experience implementing Infrastructure Sector Projects relating to National / State Highways.
For Deputy General Manager (Technical)
Applicants must have a Civil Engineering degree from a recognised university or institute, as well as six years of experience in the implementation of Infrastructure Sector Projects involving highways, roads, and bridges.
For Manager (Technical)
Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from a recognised university or institute, as well as three years of experience implementing Infrastructure Sector Projects such as highways, roads, and bridges.
